Lattice Mounts are ideal for situations where vibrations are as low as 6 Hz. Their unique lattice design offers a soft vertical spring action while maintaining stability side-to-side. Common uses include shaker screens, sifters, rubber mills, air compressors, and large engines or generators.
Chan-L™ Mounts are best for machines that experience vertical vibrations of 600 cycles per minute (cpm) or more. Their channel design, supported by elastomers, provides a soft vertical spring action and includes built-in protection to prevent metal parts from hitting each other. These mounts are typically used in separating and grading screens and shakeouts.
Industrial Shock Mounts effectively manage shock and noise from heavy machinery, protecting nearby controls, sensitive instruments, and precision machines from disturbances that could affect their performance. This not only enhances worker comfort but also reduces the maintenance needed for building structures.
